Call for 2021 ACLPS Annual Meeting Scientific Program Chair

ACLPS invites volunteers and nominations for the Chair of the Scientific Program for 2021. The meeting will be delivered virtually on May 27th and 28th, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

The Chair will organize a committee that will plan and arrange for program content for the annual meeting. Approximately 6-8 hours of programming is envisioned in addition to standing program items such as the Young Investigator Awards Program and named lectures. The meeting will be delivered virtually and the Scientific Program Committee will work with the chosen vendor for delivery of content. The Committee will be responsible for organizing content, CME, and social activities in the evenings.

The Chair should have expertise in Laboratory Medicine and preferably have served on a meeting organizing committee for ACLPS or another professional Laboratory Medicine association in the past. The Chair is a volunteer position. The time commitment is envisioned to be 2-4 hours per week through the end of May, 2021.
