Academic rank includes Assistant Professor and Associate Professor, and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

A strong background in the development, validation, implementation, and oversight of molecular and infectious disease immunologic diagnostic tests as well as point of care testing is highly desirable. In addition, the applicant must also demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop and accomplish laboratory goals, provide effective departmental leadership, and successfully interact with external contacts, including medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
